The Hallie Star’s went 5-0 defeating some stiff competition to come away with the first place trophy at the Whitnall Youth Softball Tournament near Milwaukee, WI.

The girls played 3 games on Saturday, defeating the New Berlin Magic 9-3, than the Whitnall Falcons 13-5,
and than before retiring for the day they defeated the Janesville Thunder 20-0. On Sunday they continued
their winning ways by defeating the New Berlin Magic 4-1 than finally winning the championship game over
the Queen of Diamonds by a score of 11-1.

The tournament was sponsored by the Whitnall Youth Baseball League and was held at Schoetz Park in Hales
Corners near Milwaukee. Other teams in the tournament were the Waukesha Firebirds, Franklin Force, & the
Falls Angels.
